Moving into a new property is a huge milestone. We have everything in place to create a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Our “zero snags” goal

We oversee and proof each step of our builds personally. From the outset, we are preventing and correcting even the most minor defects.

Once you move in, we allow up to two weeks for you to settle and send a list of any issues you’ve noticed. Our aftercare team will work with our trusted tradespeople to correct any problems.

 

Welcoming you

On move-in day, all new Forge homeowners receive a home demonstration from our developers, Dan and Harry, or our trusted agents. We show you how everything works and answer your questions. 

A helping hand

Our team are on hand to help you with whatever assistance you need post-completion. Our customer service team can be easily reached and have a quick response time.

 

Our Warranty

We’re so confident in our builds, we offer a 10-year warranty cover. The first two are handled directly by us and covers any major defects, the remainder of the term covers any structural problems.
